If you are returning a computer system, please contact our returns department: returns@niridia.com

All our systems come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you don’t like the system, just return it for a full refund of the cost of the system (original shipping charges are not refunded). The 30 days starts upon shipment of the computer system. After the first 30 days, you have an additional 30 days to return the item for a reduced refund. Shipping for returned systems will be paid for by us. We will use the same shipping procedures outlined in the warranty section. Do not return an item using any other shipping option or procedure; you will not be reimbursed for any charges you may incur.

You will receive your refund within 5 – 10 business days, once we’ve finished processing your return. Make sure you include all the original components, parts, and items when returning a computer system. If the computer system you are returning is missing an item or part, or if an internal component has been replaced (or its identification information has been removed or marked over), you will be charged for the missing item(s) and part(s). If an internal component has been replaced without Niridia's consent (regardless of whether the original part was defective), we will not contact you – we will charge you for the missing part(s). Always contact our service department if a component fails and requires replacement.
